When timing matters, Guaranteed Service gives your shipment priority handling and a defined commitment from pickup through final delivery. Whether you’re working around customer requirements, job site schedules, production deadlines, or retail receiving windows, we make it clear what to expect on the front end, so there are no surprises later.
Guaranteed Service is available on select lanes where we can confidently support the commitment within our network. When requested and confirmed, your shipment receives elevated attention throughout.
Depending on the lane, Guaranteed Service may include:
- Delivery by a specific time
- Added shipment visibility throughout transit
- Priority handling at key touchpoints in the network
- A financial service guarantee if the commitment is missed
When Is Guaranteed Service the Right Call?
Some shipments simply have less room for error. Guaranteed Delivery is a good fit when:
- A consignee requires morning or time-specific delivery
- Your shipment supports a scheduled install or service event
- Receiving windows are strict or limited
- A missed delivery would create downstream cost or disruption

First, confirm that Guaranteed Service is available for your lane. Once confirmed, we’ll apply the service level, communicate the charge and delivery commitment, and make sure your shipment is clearly identified at pickup.
To help us meet the commitment, shipments should:
- Include complete and accurate bill of lading information
- Be identified as Guaranteed Service at the time of pickup request
- Be tendered within the required cutoff window
- Meet any lane-specific requirements communicated at booking
We’ll clearly confirm the guaranteed service level, applicable charge, delivery commitment, and any conditions or cutoff requirements. No fine print.
